GENERAL INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in our company. Data protection is of the highest priority for all management at Charité Healthcare Services GmbH. If personal data processing is necessary, and there is no applicable legal basis for such processing, then we shall generally seek prior consent from the data subject.

GENERAL INFORMATION: COOKIES

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Many websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a “cookie ID.” A cookie ID is a unique identifier for each cookie. It contains a string of characters that can be used to assign web pages and servers to the specific web browser where the cookie was stored. That makes it possible for the web pages and servers visited to distinguish your specific browser from other web browsers containing other cookies. A specific web browser can therefore be recognized and identified based on the unique cookie ID.

The use of cookies allows us to provide the user with user-friendly services that, without cookies, would otherwise not be possible.

Cookies enable the optimization of the information and offers presented to each user on our website. As previously stated, cookies allow us to identify users who have previously visited our site with the aim of making their experience more user-friendly. For example, a user of a website that uses cookies does not have to provide login details for each visit because the cookie saves this information on the computer system. The cookie is also used, for example, to save an item selected by a user in their shopping cart whilst buying online.

A data subject can object to the placement of cookies by our website at any time by adjusting the settings on their web browser accordingly, which will permanently prevent cookies from being placed. Furthermore, any cookies that have already been placed can be deleted at any time by a web browser or other software programs. This is possible in every common web browser. However, if you disable cookies in your web browser, you may not be able to fully use all the functions of our website.
